TLC Centre Inc. is a 64-space, non-profit, licensed child care centre located in the Town of Carman, Manitoba. We proudly support families in Carman and the surrounding communities by offering full-time, part-time, and casual childcare in a safe, nurturing environment.

At TLC Centre, we believe children learn best through play, exploration, and connection. Our caring and qualified staff provide a warm, welcoming space where children feel confident to discover, create, and grow. Through age-appropriate programming, we encourage curiosity, independence, and social development while ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

Our goal is to provide high-quality childcare for families at every stage, whether parents are working, studying, seeking employment, or simply looking for a supportive space where their child can build friendships and develop new skills. We are also committed to supporting children with additional needs and offering opportunities for socialization and enriching experiences.

Located within a facility connected to a gymnasium and spacious outdoor play areas, TLC Centre offers children plenty of room to move, explore, and stay active every day. During the summer months, our outdoor space becomes a sensory playground where children can enjoy the simple joys of grass and sand between their toes.

Our playground also features raised garden beds, where children help grow fruits and vegetables that are later used for snacks and baking. These hands-on experiences encourage curiosity while introducing early concepts in math, science, and healthy living.
