At TLC Centre, our programs are designed to support children at every stage of early development. Through play-based learning, creative activities, and daily exploration, children build confidence, friendships, and important life skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our experienced staff create engaging experiences based on children's interests, including art, science activities, storytelling, cooking, and active play in our gym and outdoor spaces.
Infant & Toddler Program
Our youngest learners are cared for in a warm, nurturing environment where routines provide comfort and consistency. Through sensory play, music, stories, and early exploration, infants and toddlers begin developing social and cognitive skills while forming secure relationships with caregivers.

Preschool
Program
Our preschool program focuses on curiosity, creativity, and social development. Children participate in hands-on learning experiences such as art, science experiments, circle time, and outdoor play while building the foundational skills needed for school.

School Age
Care
Our school age program provides a safe and engaging space for children before and after school. Activities encourage creativity, physical activity, and social connection with friends.
Fee Structure
$6.15 – Before OR After School Care
$8.60 – Before AND After School Care
$10.00 – Full Day Care (In-service days & school holidays)
Meals & Snacks
Healthy eating is an important part of every child’s day at TLC Centre. We offer optional snack and hot lunch programs to support families and ensure children have nutritious options throughout the day.

Children may participate in our snack program which includes two healthy snacks each day (morning and afternoon).
Snack menus rotate on a two-week schedule and follow Canada’s Food Guide, encouraging balanced and nutritious choices.
Cost: $2.00 per day

Families may choose to enroll in our optional Hot Lunch Program, which provides a warm meal prepared for children during the day.
$3.50 per lunch
Lunches must be pre-ordered and pre-paid
Families may also send lunch from home
Our kitchen staff will warm lunches if needed before they are served to children.

TLC Centre is a nut-safe and egg-aware facility to help ensure the safety of children with allergies.
